Ok, then I think we should adopt your method in order to keep an unique
AltGr table on all keyboards except yours.

The problem is now the keyconf utility: your modifications will make it
impossible for future keyboard mappings to specify an unique AltGr table.
(I'm not sure that taking care of this problem now is really worth it, given
that the remaining mappings to support are likely to be even more strange
than yours ;-) but...). Since we maintain backwards compatibility in the
core library, I think we should do the same for the keyconf utility: it
should keep producing an unique AltGr table by default and switch to the two
tables only if it is passed a specific  option (for example --split-altgr).

Is there any specific rule for naming the keyboard mappings and languages ?
Currently language files use the adjective (German, Norvegian, Russian)
while most of keyboard mapping files use the name of the country (Denmark,
France, Portugal) except two (Russian and Slovak). Moreover two language
files use the translated adjective (Français and Espanol).
Should we even the things and require that:
- the language file use the English adjective,
- the keyboard mapping file use the English name of the country ?
