Right, although it theoritically shouldn't have had any effect on this
driver (because windowed).

It should indeed, but it looks like someone forgot to add a little 'TRUE'
for the 'windowed' field to the GDI driver when the BITMAP structure was
changed some time ago.
That's now fixed.
