I think my last one answered this but I'll elaborate a bit
If green=63 then this represents 63/64 to 63.9999/64 and the average of that
is 63.5

oh yeah, this is for the desktop output :)
well I'd stick by 0x040204 then, knowing it won't ever clash with the
DIRECTX_OVL colour :)
