Yes, I agree. I also think we should add a Windows resource file (I could do
this) with a VERSIONINFO resource so installers won't install an old DLL on
top of a new one.

If this will be the case, I'd rather it was the MingW32 set instead of the
MSVC set, as many people don't have VC and MingW32's free.
