ah, midi support, nice. i converted the include files and the sources to
unix format and put them in the repository. fixmpw.sh and makefile.mpw is in
native format. btw! i put mac<-->unix text conversion in fix.sh a while ago.
it would be nice to have the fixmpw.sh script convert text files to mac
format before you run make.
