[AD] macallegro patch

I am sending changes to mac port in file
http://sites.uol.com.br/r.yamada/allegro/allegro.zip anyone could apply in
CVS only replace the files:
/makefile.mpw
/fixmpw.sh
/include/allegro/almaccfg.h
/include/allegro/almac.h
/src/mac/msnd.c
/src/mac/msys.c
/src/mac/mdrv.c

there are a new file, but it isn't work well
/src/mmid.c

now finally the fixmpw.sh script will create the file alplatf.h
