I downloaded a roughly complete Unicode 2.0 TTF font: 13 MB !
With a patched TTF2PCX utility, it gives me 511 PCX files of ~45 kb each but
I didn't grab all of them.
I've heard that Windows 2000 (internationalized version ?) contains a quite
complete Arial Unicode 2.0 TTF font.
