Let the directsound as is, we dont want to make it an exact copy of the
allegro mixer, do we? (and if so, why would we want to have an allegro
mixer? (ok, ok, except for backwards loops) ;)

But, staying in topic, please apply that patch to be able to get full volume
on the allegro mixer (oh and yep, the docs are right (at least
semantically)) ;)
