[AD] script updates in CVS.

hi all! i've just rewritten most of the fix scripts and combined them into 
fix.bat and fix.sh. fixmpw.sh is still present as the power mac shell has 
nothing in common with standard bourne and dos/win32 shells.

now the zipup.sh script no longer translates the fix*.bat into temporary unix 
shell scripts but runs fix.sh directly. this should ensure this script 
doesn't croak when it finds something new in the .bat files. besides that it 
just looks much nicer. ;o)

the readme files and the FAQ has been updated and i've tested all changes for 
unix, djgpp and mingw32. a fixdll.sh script is present until eric commits his 
new one so that zipup.sh will work in the meantime.

where <file> is one of:

docs.zip - patch to update readme and faq
fix.zip - the new fix.bat and fix.sh scripts
fixdll.zip - a temporary fixdll script for unix bourne shells
zipscr.zip - the updated zipup.sh and zipwin.sh

still planned improvements to the fix.sh script includes mac <-> unix text 
file conversion.
