I've attached 4 files:
- allegro.cfg: new default configuration file (not diffed),
- config.diff: patch to make the library able to read the new format (11
files modified),
- setup.diff: patch to make the setup program output modified config files,
- wtimer2b.diff: patch to enable the 'disable_mt_timer' option under
Windows.

Compiled under DOS, Windows and Linux. Tested under Windows.
The only remaining task is updating the docs. George, could you do that ?
