[AD] I've been off for too much time

Hi.

I have been scanning the allegro and cvs ml for releases but didn't find
any. Today, however I went to Stephan Roh's allegro browser and I find
that I am lagging already two versions (and I wonder how nobody told me to
update the web pages?).

Anyway, I can get Stephan's files and put them up, but what do I have to
do to create the *enduser* tar.gz and rpm files? And what happens with the
windows dlls?

While I'm here, the new allegro web page I am writting is still unfinished
and this situation may well last till a 3.9.37 release, or even later
depending on your progress :).
