It was found in a thread on allegro.cc that `save_bitmap' etc. don't
work right if you have called `packfile_password'. IMHO, this is a
bug. `packfile_password' "sets the encryption password to be used
for all future read/writes of compressed files", but I think it
should be changed so that the password state is saved during
`pack_fopen' into the PACKFILE structure. Read/write operations
would use the state in the PACKFILE structure, rather than global
state.
Backward compatibility could very well be a problem. If so, then we
can just add more warnings in the docs.
