[AD] Mingw problems

Hi all!

I'm currently having fun trying to compile allegro
against mingw. The readme.txt file is a little brief,
for a start you need sed to run "make depend". I'm
currently investigating the best way to get all the
make files to run..

However, the first most noticable problem is that the
file fixming.bat has unix-style returns, not dos-style
ones, so need changing. I attach the fixed version.
