I can't see what's wrong. Works fine here. I see in both cases a red
filled rectangle bordered with orange lines, at the correct position.
I'm using Mingw 2.95.2 with Allegro CVS 3.9.35 (Jan 28 2001).
Compilation:
gcc bug.c -o bug.exe -lalleg
