I just discovered it doesn't work with VC6 because at microsoft.com i
was being directed to the .chm format not to the .hlp format. But it
works with windows editors where you can specify html help files to be
included to the help, so it works for me :)

Attached is the patch in case someone wants a html help version of the
docs, it works like this:

set WINHELP=1
make docs

hhc.exe needs to be in the path, i found it here, inside the html
workshop download:
