I think that is great, some people use Visual Studio and we have to use an
external program to see funtions help.
We can add to makefile.vc detection of hhc.exe and then if exists hhc.exe in
path enviroment create a winhelp file to use with Visual Studio or other
editor.
If you see a bug... kill it!!!
