[AD] cross compiling with mingw.

I just got finished building allegro WIP 3.9.34 (under linux)
for windows and have a couple of questions.

1: why is memcpy() called with only 2 arguments in _WinMain and
   why is realloc() only called with one?

2: also when the makefile gets to makedoc it croaks
   because it specifies an empty PATH before
   the command to compile makedoc.c. Why?

I've already tested the ex3d example (but only because
I finally got around to installing VNC, because I'm not
actually at home, I'm at my sisters and she only has W2k :)
and it works flawlessly. Now windows binaries will be allot
easier to make :)
