Yes. I think we can't do much more than simply disallowing the use of
fullscreen 320x200x8 if the linear mode is not available. Implementing the
Mode-X modes is IMHO not worth it: according to my doc, they are unsupported
on NT4 and, as they aren't linear, a new bank switching code would be
needed.
