[AD] [TODO] GFX_GDI mousepointer update.

currently the mouse pointer update ratio is extremely slow when you use the
GFX_GDI driver. this is as far as i know because this driver uses a double
buffering system to update the window. a simple solution would be to handle
the mouse pointer sepparate from the double buffer so that it gets updated
instantly instead of at regular intervals. could you add this to the todo
file peter?

although not related to this, i might as well mention that i've decided to
merge peter puck's fixes to the borland build. some people have complained
that the build doesn't work for them so something ought to be done. i expect
this to be a trivial job so it doesn't need to be mentioned in todo.txt.
i'll see if i can get this done by tomorrow.

also not related to GFX_GDI... i just recieved word from eric botcazou that
he's  just fixed the bitmap locking problem. *big applause* the patch i
recieved worked like a dream. ;o)
