Hi.

This patch fixes exjoy and a few allegro/tests programs which I didn't
notice before. Hopefully I've done all right and haven't overlooked any
program, which AFAICS would mean deleting the todo task named as "Convert
more programs/examples to the new GFX_SAFE behaviour".
