1. For a MIDI driver to support input all it has to do is
call 'midi_recorder' when there is data, right?
2. does anyone need midi input using the alsa driver?
3. How about sound input from the alsa driver? (pcm)
I would have had input support for both drivers (if possible)
included with my last patch but I've lost my personal
copy of most of every thing including the alsa docs,
(pressing [SPACE] instead of '/' is not a good thing when
typing 'rm -fr allegro/*' in your home dir.)
and it seems that ALSA's site is down...
