Last time, I promise!

My previous patch broke the DGA colour depth hack in `_xdga_private-
_fast_visual_depth', because it used `XGetImage' when the window was
unmapped.  So I made it use the root window instead.  One more
advantage then:

* you will no longer see an ugly little window pop up before
  switching into full screen mode
