I repost sidewinder patch with diff files.

This 'aggressive' driver is used by vsyncMAME 
,NMAME(DOS),fMSXFAN etc.
and have two features.

1:Supports not only 0x0201 gameport but also 0200,0202-0207.
2:This works without remove Windows sidewinder driver.

Please patch this to CVS.
