[AD] Small Watcom Issue

Hello all,

In the manual it says that the file flags (FA_ARCH, etc) can be found in
DIR.H.  I've discovered that some compilers, like Watcom 10.6, are missing
this header.  I know this sounds like a lot of extra work, but has anyone
thought of adding an #ifdef __COMPILER__ #define ALFA_ARCH x kind of
structure to the allegro header?

Just a comment before the impending 3.9.33.
