[AD] New function: recursive_for_each_file()?

Hi,

Would it be useful to add a 'recursive_for_each_file()' function to
Allegro? Basically:

 - my implementation only uses Allegro constructs, so should instantly
   work on anything Allegro works on

 - implementation of such a function is non-trivial for beginners

 - potential to be useful in multiple situations (eg. counting number of
   files in a directory, a la Windows properties, automatic datafile
   generation from a complex directory structure, etc).
