Well, I have a list -- I copied all the mail since the last WIP
into a new mail folder, then deleted the things that weren't
relevant, and pruned the rest down to those 48 emails.  Now I've
applied nearly half of them, so those have been moved to another
folder.

I'm going to bed now, but at the current rate I'll finish
applying patches by Saturday, so then I'll post the changes
list.  People can point out omissions, and then we can still get
the WIP out by the end of the weekend.  Heh, oops, I set a
target, that means we'll overshoot it... oh well.
