[AD] two small fixes

hi..

I'm sending two fixes - one for the Slovak keyboard mapping (Attachment 1)
and the second is a modified fsel.c . Now it should be able to detect
disk (and other) drives in Windows version of Allegro for showing them in
the file selector. I was able to test it in MingW32, I hope it will work
everywhere else (with the crazy #defines :-)
