About the DX7SDK fix ... now that I have restored some files
>from my backups ... it works ... DSBCAPS_CTRLALL really isn't
defined, but the latest 3.9.31 wdsound.c does not use it .. so It
must have been my copy of allegro code that was broken ...
still, I am positive it said
"Allegro version 3.9.30" ... maybe I applied some patches
incorrectly a few wip's ago.
