[AD] Config Patch

Hi,

there are two files in the zip-file:

allegro.diff - patch for allegro.h
config.diff - patch for config.c

I have removed the config saving code from destroy_config(CONFIG *cfg) and
created the function flush_config(CONFIG *cfg). destroy_config() now calls
flush_config(). And I have created a function called flush_config_file(void)
which calls flush_config() for our current config structure.
