Hi
The first patch adds ~ expansion to `fix_filename_path', and
makes the file selector use it a bit more. The second makes
`fix_filename_path' understand that a path beginning with `#'
does not need to be relativised, and makes some fixes to the
Linux keyboard code (regarding returned values). There might be
more to do here, I'm not sure; I'm in a hurry at the moment.
Specifically, I'm not sure whether the differences between the
Linux code and the DOS code are bugs in the Linux code or in the
DOS code or don't matter -- I'm not entirely sure what we're
meant to return, in short.
