Hello, Till and Yoshiki. I had a hard time while figuring out you
were talking about "Quick links" at the right panel of the main page.
I have searched for this text in Spanish and this is the result:

$ git grep "Descarga de"
Documentation/es/web.texi:@ref{Descarga, Descarga de @versionStable}
Documentation/es/web.texi:@ref{Desarrollo, Descarga de @versionDevel}

So the file is Documentation/xx/web.texi; let's check that for de/ and ja/

$ git grep @versionStable Documentation/de/web.texi
Documentation/de/web.texi:@ref{Download, Download @versionStable}
Documentation/de/web.texi:@ref{Manuals, Manuals @versionStable}

It appears untranslated in de/ .

$ git grep @versionStable Documentation/ja/web.texi
Documentation/ja/web.texi:@ref{ダウンロード, ダウンロード @versionStable}
Documentation/ja/web.texi:@ref{マニュアル, マニュアル @versionStable}

It appears translated in ja/ , and it appears translated on the page.
So, which exact direct link on the main japanese page is still
untranslated? Please enlighten me.
