Here is a suggestion for the sponsorship plan :

Platinum Sponsor: 10000 Euros or more. Only one Platinum sponsor is allowed.

Gold Sponsors : 5000 Euros or more.

Silver Sponsors : 3000-4999 Euros

Bronze Sponsors: 1000 - 2999 Euros

The sponsorship will also include travel expenses of the speaker, so
if they have to spend 1000 euros to get to the conference,
we consider that as sponsorship.


Here are some ideas for Sponsorship Possibilities, we need to know
that this will cost

Mentioned in Television and Radio advertising (Gold -Platinum)

Conference bags logo of company.  (Platinum)
In the bag :
   Brochure
    pens or notepad

Logo on badge of all participants (Platinum)
T-shirts with your logo (Bronze - Platinum, size dependant)
Logo on conference web site linked to sponsor's web site   (Bronze to Platinum)

Banner in different rooms:  (Gold and Platinum)
  Banner in tutorial room
  Banner in conference room.
  Banner in the foyer
  Table with banner at the conference

We should plan on  coffee and social event being funded from
donations, otherwise we can have dedicated sponsors for them.
