V. Narasimha Rao is a Computer Science Assistant Professor
at the University of New York, Tirana. I think that he is also in
the editorial board of some magazines. We talked together
yesterday (he is one of the founding members of the association)
and he was quite interested in participating in the process of
paper review and selection. So, I have already added him to the list
