The tracking offset shows the last offset of the NTP clock estimating true
time considering all combined sources. The "System time" offset is the
current offset of the system clock to the NTP clock. The sources
offset is the last measurement of the source relative to the NTP
clock. The timex offset is the kernel's PLL offset. chrony doesn't use
that, so it should always be zero.
