This is not a change after the upgrade to 4.1. This is a sudden state. Why does the server not respond to packets? In addition, the chronyd service is normal, and three request packets are displayed. I only intercepted three request packets, and no response packet is received. This is strange. And the firewalls are shut down. The server and client configurations are as follows:

I'm not sure what the problem is because the client connects to other servers normally. I'm not sure if the server environment is faulty. I'm still working on it.

I don't underestand the question. You have a server that is not synchronized yet and is giving an unexpected response? This changed after upgrade to 4.1?

The packet capture shows three client requests. There would be nothing different if the estimated drift was smaller or larger.
