When adding a server using chronyc, the resolving is performed in
chronyc and chronyc gives chronyd the IP address, not the hostname.
So, you would need to run chronyc in a loop to emulate the chronyd's
behavior.

The protocol needs to be extended to exchange hostnames. This would be
the first command using a string. We need to be careful with that.
