[chrony-users] nagios checks for chrony

[ Thread Index | Date Index | More chrony.tuxfamily.org/chrony-users Archives ]

Hi,

We used to check our ntpd instances with check_ntp_peer *).

However, this is a C implemented check that uses ntpd's ability to
communicate commands over port 123.

With chrony this check no longer works. Is anybody aware of a nagios-
check that checks if chronyd has a valid sync-peer and compares the sync-
peer with chrony?

*) check_ntp_peer is part of nagios-plugins
