I’ll do my best to upload 4.0-pre4 in Debian before the weekend to check
that everything is OK on the 19 architectures we build chrony on.

That's great, thanks. That's on the Debian experimental branch, which
has the latest glibc, right? If the test suite passes on all those
archs, hopefully the seccomp rules will hold for a while.

It will go into experimental, indeed. However, for unknown reasons, we’re still stuck with glibc 2.31.
