Applied, thanks. It looks like the seccomp support is now finally
getting some serious testing :).

I consider enabling it by default on Fedora, but without an automatic
reporting of the crashes I wasn't sure if people would actually notice
that chronyd is not running and report bugs. It may take few weeks
before the RTC/system clock drifts so much that one would investigate
what's wrong.
