Ok, that's expected if there is no ntp_adjtimex().

Thanks. It seems it's quite similar to adjtime() on Solaris and very
different from Linux/NetBSD/FreeBSD.
To summarize the data I have:
Linux FreeBSD/NetBSD Mac OS X Solaris
