[chrony-dev] Error message from getaddrinfo

I had David Lord put in a 
if (result)
    fprintf(stderr, "DNS_IPAddress2Name: %s \n",gai_strerror(result));

into DNS_IPAddress2Name. The result he got was

Ie, there seems to be something wrong in NetBSD with the getnameinfo function.
(That error message is pretty uninformative.)
