Hi,

Due to a bunch of issues found with various strings in 1.17 (https://github.com/wesnoth/wesnoth/pull/7964 and https://github.com/wesnoth/wesnoth/pull/7965) as well as nobody getting around to reviewing https://github.com/wesnoth/wesnoth/issues/7724 in time, the string freeze will be delayed by one month while we deal with those issues.
