vhffsfssync: reopen stdin/stdout/stderr to /dev/null instead of closing them
Oh dear. Closing stdin/stdout/stderr without opening a replacement is
obviously a very very… very BAD IDEA. This commit fixes error messages
that are being added to files written on disk if the file is
unfortunately opened on file descriptor number 2.
