tls: robot: add a shallow copy on domain list so we don't delete domain entries from the Vhffs::Tls object
The certification generation process delete domains that failed to
pass the verification process. We must not delete those domains
from the Vhffs::Tls object because we need the full domain list
to generate the final log output and to set per-domain state in
the database.
Instead of deleting sub-domains of the Vhffs::Tls object, do
a shallow copy of the domain list hashref.
