Hi,
Here's a modification of the following files
 ./vhffs-api/src/Vhffs/Tag.pm
 ./vhffs-panel/admin/stats.pl
 ./vhffs-panel/templates/admin/misc/stats.tmpl
 ./vhffs-api/src/Vhffs/Stats.pm

to provide some statistics about tags

I've tried to fetch the 10 most used tags (not sure if the
implementation is correct).
I would have tested on malibu if my panel account were modo (it did not
even exist :/), maybe the robot should be launched manually to create
it :D
