[dev] C++ Python Binding Ready

I commited sample of binding between C++ and Python.

Currently C++ only run python scripts.

I'll investigate on how manage Python Object in C++.

Please think to remove your import when you try C++ execution.

Keep in mind that in C++ all py files are only one string.
