CARDS 3.0

A year of development will have been necessary.

More then 500 commits.

No new runtime dependencies for cards.

Packages are now signed with the ED25519 EdDSA algorithm [1].

Hash is now via SHA512 instead of MD5Sum.

The archive name of a package is now easier to read.

The /etc/cards.conf configuration file has been simplified.

New commands (cards functions) are introduced:

 	* cards repo for metadata verification/generation
 	* cards dependent for displaying a package's reverse dependencies
 	* cards key for generating the key pair for signing packages

Existing commands have been improved:

 	* cards search allows search in package names only
 	* cards files and cards query allows search in installed packages AND
in repositories
 	* cards diff displays all necessary information on package validity.
 	* cards info displays new info such as signature, hash sum,
dependencies
 	* mybld command has been completely redesigned and requires much less
time to perform tasks.

The cards deprecate and cards base commands have been removed.

The package building process is now done exclusively in an isolated
NuTyX. The 'mybld' command now automatically checks for faulty dynamic
links.

You will find all the details on the website, on
https://github.com/NuTyX/cards and in the Changelog file of cards.doc
package.
