i've just finished to develop it.
now you can put differents x and y offset for a layer.

(example of an .lvl file:
	<layeroffsets>
		<layeroffset x="0.2" y="1.0"/>
		<layeroffset x="0.3" y="1.0"/>
		<layeroffset x="0.5" y="1.0"/>
		<layeroffset x="0.7" y="1.0"/>
		<layeroffset x="0.9" y="1.0"/>
		<layeroffset x="1.9" y="1.0"/>
	</layeroffsets>

In this example, there's only x scrolling.)

i've also correct the zoom, so layers don't get ouside of the level
anymore when you zoom out.

i'll commit this evening.

(strawberries which becomes bigger while zooming out is not a bug,
it's coded like that on purpose)

About the frontlayer: is it possible, that it is decreased in x-size,
but enlarged in y-size, when you increase its value ?
