[uruk] [bug][bug affeted V1 & V2]Ubiquity Installer crash's on FR Locales

Hi

To be honest i'm disappointed that the one & only bug that was reported
in Uruk V.1 was not fixed in V.2 Alpha.
I reported this on the Trisquel Issues on Wed, 05/18/2016

The installer crashs when one wants to install in French.
locale.setlocale failed: unsupported locale setting (LANG=fr_FR.UTF-8)
You did promise to fix this..

the installation goes ok, then starts to slow down to a halt..and
becomes very slow
,one hour ! then the installer gives the "crashed".

A bug tracker would have reminded you of the bug ;-)
