Dear TASTE users,
I am pleased to announce two important news in the TASTE ecosystem.
- First one is the publication of a technical page on the wiki explaining with a complete example how to validate a TASTE system using the "new generation" of the Python script system.
You will learn how to create simple regression-check scenarii, using the full power of the Python language, and how it can interface with the MSC traces that you can record at runtime, and with Matplotlib if you want to plot data at any point in time (either real-time but also when post-processing simulation results).

- Second, I would like to introduce a new graphical editor in TASTE based on the SDL language (Specification and Description Language). This formal language allows you to capture a function's behaviour using state machines. SDL is extremely powerful and allows to produce very safe code. The tool automatically generates Ada code that can be used as is in TASTE systems. The tool is coupled with the latest version of our ASN.1 compilers.

As always, any feedback is welcome!
Best regards,
Maxime
